Media
Exposure: Guaranteed Visibility
We have secured exclusive agreements with the Citizen, the Bear and the
New RO to provide over $40 000 of media coverage for this event. As a
Title, Track, Hospitality or Platinum sponsors you will be profiled in
the Ottawa Wheelchair Relay's three week, TV, radio and print advertising
program.
Event
Poster
The event poster will be distributed to maximize team pledges and support.
The poster will be displayed across the Ottawa region at key venues and
at team corporate facilities. Each sponsor will have their corporate ID
on the poster .The poster print deadline is March 15th.
Event
Signage around Track and at Start Lines
Each track is 200m in length and corporate banners (provided by the sponsor)
will be positioned in key locations around the track. The Title and Platinum
Level Sponsors will be assigned prime locations in high traffic regions.
The Starting Lines will have exclusive signage at the start and finish
line. Corporate banners can also be positioned in the registration area
and in the BBQ area. Signage map will be available for sponsors to select
locations of their banners on a first come basis.
Recognition
during the Event
Ken Evraire from the New RO and Stuntman Stu from the Bear will Emcee
this years event. Sponsors will be recognized during the event by the
emcees and sponsors making cash contributions of $ 2500 or more will be
provided an opportunity to make cheque presentations on stage during the
awards ceremonies or prior to the start of the race.
Race Start
Participation
The Title and Track Sponsors will have a representative of their company
participate in the start of the race.

Day Brochure
An event day brochure is given to everyone in attendance that outlines
the days events, a map of the race track and depending on sponsorship
levels, the logos or names of each sponsor. The deadline for the event
day brochure is May 15th.
Exposure at all of our other Events

of the Wheelchair Relay you will also receive recognition at
The Country Townships Jamboree. Held in on Labour Day weekend, ole time country bands come from Canada and the US to play to a full crowd of dancing and fun loving folks camped out in RVs
